Select type of Prescription

Distance single vision: Single vision lenses are the most common type of eyeglass lenses. They are used for seeing objects in the distance (over four feet), and are good for all-around, every day use such as for driving, shopping, sporting activities, and walking.
Reading single glasses: Reading lenses are used only for seeing objects that are up close, approximately 14 to 16 inch.
Non-prescription, or custom made: Many people order clear lenses without a prescription in order to take advantage of eyewear style as a fashion-forward accessory.

Certification

	I certify that I am over 16 years old and that I am not registered blind or partially sighted. I certify that I am in possession of a valid written prescription given to me by a registered medical practitioner or a registered optometrist less than two years ago, or if I am 70 years old or over, less than one year ago.
	*PD - If your prescription does not contain a PD then please use the default value of 63.

FREE Standard Lens (1.5): These are the type of lenses included with the frames on our website. They are ideal for most prescriptions; however prescriptions with powers stronger than +/-3.00 would start to benefit from a higher index lens.
$57.75 High Index Lens (1.6): These lenses are an ideal option for prescriptions of up to +/-4.00. They are supplied with Anti Reflective Coating (ARC) and Ultraviolet (UV) Protection as standard.
$115.50 Extra High Index Lens (1.67): This is a very affordable high index lens, ideal for supra or rimless glazing if you are looking for a thinner lens. They are supplied with Anti Reflective Coating (ARC) and Ultraviolet (UV) Protection as standard. These lenses 15% thinner than High index lenses and 25% flatter. Ideal for prescriptions of +/ -6.00, beyond this range will start to look thick.
$173.25 Ultra High Index Lens (1.74): This is the thinnest and the most expensive plastic lens available on the market today. They are supplied with Anti Reflective Coating (ARC) and Ultraviolet (UV) Protection as standard. It is 50% thinner than the 1.5, 15% thinner and 25% flatter than 1.6 index lenses and 30% lighter than the glass equivalent.
